Program Description
If you’ve ever wanted to experience the richness of Italian culture and its legendary lifestyle, LSU in Italy will give you that opportunity, as well as unique first-hand knowledge of the most fabled landmarks of western culture. The Roman Forum, Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel, and the Vatican Museums are just a few highlights of this program.
We will spend five intense weeks exploring Rome and its surroundings in May and June 2009, with opportunities for independent travel in Italy and around Europe every weekend.
You can earn up to seven hours of course credit, and there is no requirement to learn or speak Italian in order to participate.
