Cost:
$3,600 excluding one meal per day, airfare, and LSU tuition and fees (projected to be $1,160 for six hours of credit). This fee includes accommodations and all program-sponsored activities. This comprehensive fee includes lodging (double room) at the FIAP from May 31 (first night) to July 2 (last night), breakfast and one other meal daily through July 1, a one-month Paris transportation card (carte orange), a 3-day museum/monument pass, a dinner cruise on the Seine and an overnight excursion. Non-resident tuition for the summer stillapplies if you are an out-of-state student. You must be prepared to pay for all optional travel and activities, meals not included in the boarding plan, lodging and meals during any independent travel, insurance, and incidental expenses. Air transportation is to be arranged individually. You will be notified as to flight arrangements for program faculty so that you may travel with them if you wish. Projected cost for items not included in the program: $640.00 (one meal a day @ $20.00/day)

Your application with authorization to debit (LSU students) or check (non-LSU students) for the $500 deposit must be received by March 3, 2007. The balance of the program fee will be due with tuition and fees for the summer term. The deposit is non-refundable after January 31st. Cancellation may result in a loss of all or part payments

Although March 3 is the deadline for applying, if you wait until that date to sign up, you may find the program filled. To be sure of placement in the program, students should sign up as soon as possible!

Accommodations:
FIAP JEAN MONNET
This facility has monitored access. The FIAP Jean Monnet is a non-profit agency that regularly houses many American students during their study abroad. Staff will present on-site every evening and night. In recent years, programs from Louisiana included groups from Southeastern in Hammond, UL in Lafayette, Loyola of New Orleans, in addition to student from Kentucky and California. The FIAP has meeting and classrooms plus a self-service cafeteria where students eat 2 meals a day.
