This summer, 17 LSU students will go to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival for one purpose, a first-hand experience competing in the largest global marketplace for arts and culture. They will produce, market and perform a physical theatre show of their own creation at the largest arts festival in the world, with over 2000 shows performing over three weeks from over 40 countries in over 250 venues in the city and over 1.5 million tickets sold. 

This is a mecca for arts, culture, languages, international commerce, business administration, and discovery. The students will also view and interview over a dozen companies and shows from all parts of the globe. Every student will research a company of their choice and write a paper about their findings.
