International Exchange
Studying in another country for a semester or a year is both personally and profesionally enriching, and it's easier than ever to go on an international exchange. Louisiana State University offers students over 180 universities to choose from in 45 countries.
LSU belongs to the International Student Exchange Program (ISEP), a consortium of schools across the globe. Additionally, LSU has several direct agreements with particular international universities; these agreements are called bilateral agreements. For a list of all of the schools LSU is affiliated with either through ISEP or bilateral agreements, please visit the Affiliated Programs page.
Regardless of whether you choose ISEP or a bilateral exchange, you will pay LSU tuition. The only exception to this is an option that ISEP offers called "ISEP Direct." ISEP Direct only applies in a few cases, though, and we will be happy to explain all of the options to you. To learn more about the possibilities that exist for international exchange, come by 103 Hatcher Hall, call us at 225-578-6801, or email us at studyabroad@lsu.edu.
