Students Returning from NSE Exchanges
Enrollment Verification
Soon after you begin your exchange, your LSU NSE coordinator will email you an enrollment verfication form. Fill it in with your class schedule for the semester, get your host coordinator to sign it, and send it back to your LSU NSE coordinator.
Scheduling Priority
If you are on exchange for only one semester or you're on your last semester of exchange, your enrollment verfication form will be used to figure out your actual hours earned so that your LSU registration priority can be updated. Your NSE coordinator will notify you of your registration priority. If you have special registration privileges, please let your NSE coordinator know.
Transcripts
It is your responsibility to have transcripts of your work at the host university sent back to LSU. You must do this at the end of each semester or quarter of exchange. Have your official transcripts mailed to your NSE coordinator at 103 Hatcher Hall, Baton Rouge, LA 70803.
Classes Not Preapproved
If you sign up for a class you didn't not get approved before your departure, you must seek approval from the appropriate academic advisor through email (keep in mind that there's no guarantee that you'll get it). Then, when you return home, it's imperative that you fill out another P.A.C.E. form. Unless the Office of Undergraduate Admissions
has P.A.C.E. signatures for every course on your exchange transcript, none of you work will be posted on your record.
Survey
Your input is crucial to improving the NSE program. When you return, complete this survey and return it to the LSU NSE coordinator.
